Awesome First Week back!!!

So I had a awesome first week back in the healthy living again.  I lost 10.8 lbs and feel really good.  I know I have a long way to go but at least I have started again.  Thanks to all for your support.

WOW!!!! Thats all I can say....

Its been over 2 years since I have blogged.  So in those two years a lot has happened with my weight.  First of all I hit my all time low or as I like to call it my milestone.  I hit 114 lbs down to a weight of 218.5 lbs on August 5, 2012.   Then I also gained 67 lbs of the 114 lbs that I lost since then.  I am a whopping 286.2 lbs today.   How did I let this happen to me?  It kills me.  I feel fat, look fat, and am very unhappy with myself.  So I have decided to have you guys follow my journey.  I had a few ideas in what I am planning to do to be held accountable for my weight loss.  I was hoping that my weight loss blogs buddies can give me some ideas to share with you so that I don't fall off the bandwagon again.  Once again I would like to thank everyone for all your support.  Cant wait to start my weight loss again and be happy about myself again.

A Long Break from the Blog World....and the scale shows it......

Good Morning All....

Its been 9 months since my last post. Alot has happened in those 9 months. The main thing that has happened is that I have gained 30 lbs. I know. How could I have let this happen? So I have made a oath to myself that no matter if it is a short post that I will be posting on a daily basis. I will also try to post a picture of my weigh ins on a daily basis. One might ask why am I doing this? Well the reason is that I need to get back on track. The only way I think I will get back on track is if I am held accountable for my weight. 103 lbs LOST in 1 YEAR!!!!!!!!!!!

Wow I did it!!!!! I lost 103 lbs in 1 year.... I know I have been absent from the blogging scene for a few months now, but I was super busy working out and trying to get to the 100 lb weight loss. I promise I will try to blog every few days. I have so much to tell you guys but right now I am on "Cloud Nine"....

Ok let me get off of "Cloud Nine" and tell you guys what has been happening with me:

First of all I am going to have some speaking engagements in April for Centegra Hospital. They are called "Losing it with Jay". I am going to talk about my weight loss. I am super excited to tell people my story.
Secondly this coming Monday (March 21, 2011), Centegra Health Bridge has invited me to do a recording/videoing on my weight loss. I am super excited about this opportunity.

I know that I have been away from blogging for a few months but now I am back. I have had numerous people come up and ask me how I did it. So I will start sharing my story on my blog.

Once again thanks to everyone who supported me through this Journey....

Good Morning....

I only had a 2.2 lbs loss this week but I was happy with that. I was out of town for a bachelor party to Cancun for 5 days. So when I saw that 2.2 lbs loss this morning I was really happy....

The physical challenge for this week was the fastest mile for the week. My fastest mile this week was 13 minutes and 15 seconds. Not bad for a guy who couldnt even walk a mile about 7 months ago.

The non-physical challenge was for us was to have 5 servings of fruit and veggies a day. This was a challenge for me since I was out of town. However I was able to do it everyday. I am so happy that I am in this challenge it has helped me stay focused and helped me lose weight.

Shrinkvivor Weight Loss # 3

WOW!!!!! a 10.4 lb loss for me for the week...That is unbelievable......

This week are challenge was for us to Track our minutes for working out. I had 360 minutes for the challenge. As you can see my weight loss was high for the week because of my large number of work out minutes.

My non workout challenge was to give up fast food. I actually did very welll in that challenge. I havent had fast food in over 2 weeks....
