
WOW!!!!! a 10.4 lb loss for me for the week...That is unbelievable......
This week are challenge was for us to Track our minutes for working out. I had 360 minutes for the challenge. As you can see my weight loss was high for the week because of my large number of work out minutes.
My non workout challenge was to give up fast food. I actually did very welll in that challenge. I havent had fast food in over 2 weeks....
