Hello All....My name is Jiten Patel A.K.A "Jay". I started my weight loss journey on March 15, 2010. I had initially lost 114 lbs however so far since then I have gained 67 pounds back. I am ready to start sharing my weight loss story again to the world. I hope that I can inspire people and also get advice from people. Thanks for joining me again.

Good Morning....
I only had a 2.2 lbs loss this week but I was happy with that. I was out of town for a bachelor party to Cancun for 5 days. So when I saw that 2.2 lbs loss this morning I was really happy....
The physical challenge for this week was the fastest mile for the week. My fastest mile this week was 13 minutes and 15 seconds. Not bad for a guy who couldnt even walk a mile about 7 months ago.
The non-physical challenge was for us was to have 5 servings of fruit and veggies a day. This was a challenge for me since I was out of town. However I was able to do it everyday. I am so happy that I am in this challenge it has helped me stay focused and helped me lose weight.
