Yesterday was another good workout day. I did a hour of cardio with Kimmy and another hour of cardio with Bree at Executive Fitness. I also went to Health Bridge and went swimming for 45 mins. I did a lot of cardio yesterday because it was my "last chance workout" before my weigh in this morning. I was very happy with my weigh in this morning. I have received numerous emails from people asking different questions on my weight loss. I have answered all my emails and if I haven't answered your question please free to email me again. Hello All....My name is Jiten Patel A.K.A "Jay". I started my weight loss journey on March 15, 2010. I had initially lost 114 lbs however so far since then I have gained 67 pounds back.
