A Long Break from the Blog World....and the scale shows it......

Good Morning All....

Its been 9 months since my last post. Alot has happened in those 9 months. The main thing that has happened is that I have gained 30 lbs. I know. How could I have let this happen? So I have made a oath to myself that no matter if it is a short post that I will be posting on a daily basis. I will also try to post a picture of my weigh ins on a daily basis. One might ask why am I doing this? Well the reason is that I need to get back on track. The only way I think I will get back on track is if I am held accountable for my weight. Here is a picture of my weigh in:

    I regained about 20 lbs from my lightest but after a lot of hard work and dedication, I relost those 20 lbs and am today at my lowest ever!

    You can do this... can't wait to follow your journey!
